We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your new home products fit perfectly into your living space.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, undamaged condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Edibles & Herbs: For health and safety reasons, all food products and herbs are final sale
  • Baby Plant Trios: Due to their perishable nature and specialized care requirements
  • Opened Cleaning Tools & Appliances: For hygiene reasons
  • Personal Care Items from our Health & Wellness collection
  • Gift cards and final sale items

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing
    Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item? We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value. If you’d like a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. Follow the same process as returns, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your request.
