Returns & Exchanges Policy
Timeframe for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your new home products integrate seamlessly into your living environment.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- In original, undamaged condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Edibles & Herbs: All food products and herbs are final sale for health and safety reasons
- Baby Plant Trios: Due to their perishable nature and specialized care requirements
- Opened Cleaning Tools & Appliances: For hygiene reasons
- Personal Care Items from our Health & Wellness collection
- Gift cards and final sale items
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 5: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Exchange Process
Prefer a different item? We’re happy to help with exchanges for items of equal value. If you’d like a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. Follow the same process as returns, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your request.
